Gallery Standouts 12/22/2011

Good Morning  scrappers and Merry Christmas to you all! We are just three days away from Christmas, and boy is it busy around our house! We are busy cooking, cleaning and wrapping presents, and I don’t know about you, but I AM TIRED!!!

Before you start your final preparations for Christmas morning, won’t  you please take a few minutes with me as I show you some beautiful pages that really stood out in the gallery today? I promise you, it will be totally worth it!

Light Up My World by misserin

I love this light and cheery page! The bold stripes in the sweet pale yellow, mixed with the blue elements makes for a stunning color combination! Add to that the beautiful cluster work and that adorable photo, and you have a winner!

I love a layout that fills the entire page! I am always fascinated with all the gorgeous elements that are packed in, yet somehow look uncluttered! This page has some gorgeous layers and title work, yet it lets you keep your eye on those fabulous photos! Perfection!

Snowdrift by Traumelfe

I LOVE the color combination on this super sweet and beautiful page! The browns and blues are just stunning, and I adore her layering and shadow work! It’s a true masterpiece!

Dearest Sister by chocochoco

I am such a fan of  this scrappers work! There isn’t a page she turns out that I don’t just love and this is no exception! The layering and shadow work or unbeatable ! I feel like I could reach out and just touch it!

Spunky Bride by mrsburgess

This layout made me smile! I love the non traditional kit she used for this wedding page, and the design is perfection! Of course, her shadow work is to die for and her shadow work adds a fabulous depth to the page! Stunning!

An Artful Afternoon by HeyJude

Here is another scrapper that always amazes me with her talent! I can’t tell you how much I love this page! The design, the excellent photos and the fabulous title work just drew me right into the page!

Country Girl by Kimberly Morris

A.MA.ZING….is all I have to say about this one! I LOVE  this kit and template, but her crop of the photo and the processing of it, along with the choice of background papers had me drooling all over my computer!

Play by VickyD

This page makes me happy..and wish that I had a little boy again! LOL.. Her paper blocking is just perfect  and the horizontal line she produced on the top half of the page is outstanding..not to mention the fact that her background paper was a perfect choice to set off the colors in the papers! Excellent page!

Freezing by Mother Bear

This layout caught my eye in the gallery as well! I think the color combination, paired with the gorgeous cluster work and that lovely photo made me just want to stop and stare at it all day! It is truly a piece of art!
